সম্মতি নীতি
কণ্ঠ ক্লোন করা শক্তিশালী প্রযুক্তি। তাই সম্মতি ছাড়া কারো কণ্ঠ তৈরি করা যায় না।
কীভাবে সম্মতি নেওয়া হয়
- কণ্ঠের মালিক ১০–৩০ সেকেন্ড নিজের গলায় কথা রেকর্ড করেন।
- একই মানুষ একটি নির্দিষ্ট সম্মতির বাক্য পড়েন: “আমি এই ভয়েসের মালিক এবং আমি একটি সিন্থেটিক ভয়েস মডেল তৈরি করতে এই ভয়েস ব্যবহার করে Google-এর সাথে সম্মতি দিচ্ছি।”
- কণ্ঠ (আমাদের AI সেবাদাতা Google-এর মাধ্যমে) দুটো রেকর্ডিং মিলিয়ে দেখে একই মানুষের কিনা। না মিললে কণ্ঠ তৈরি হয় না।
- ব্যবহারকারী টিক দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করেন এটা তার নিজের কণ্ঠ বা লিখিত অনুমতি আছে।
নিষিদ্ধ কণ্ঠ
- রাজনৈতিক নেতা, সরকারি পদ, সেলিব্রিটি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের নামে কণ্ঠ তৈরি করা যায় না।
- অন্য কারো কণ্ঠ অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার, ছদ্মবেশ, প্রতারণা — সম্পূর্ণ নিষেধ।
- নিয়ম ভাঙলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করা হবে এবং বাংলাদেশের আইন (সাইবার সুরক্ষা অধ্যাদেশ ২০২৫) অনুযায়ী কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো হতে পারে।
রেকর্ডিং কোথায় যায়
কণ্ঠ তৈরির জন্য রেকর্ডিং দুটি আমাদের AI সেবাদাতার কাছে পাঠানো হয়। কণ্ঠ তৈরির শর্ত হিসেবে আপনার অনুমতি নিয়ে (আবশ্যিক ঘর) কণ্ঠ এগুলো স্থায়ীভাবে রাখে, নিজস্ব ভয়েস মডেল তৈরি ও উন্নত করতে। পরে কণ্ঠ বা অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছলেও রেকর্ডিং দুটি থেকে যায়। বানানো সব অডিওতে অদৃশ্য ডিজিটাল জলছাপ (SynthID) থাকে।
আপনার কণ্ঠ অপব্যবহার হলে
কেউ আপনার কণ্ঠ অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার করছে মনে হলে এখানে রিপোর্ট করুন। আমরা দ্রুত ব্যবস্থা নেব।
আপনি যেকোনো সময় নিজের কণ্ঠ মুছে ফেলতে পারবেন। অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে চাইলে সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করুন।
How consent works
- The voice owner records 10–30 seconds of speech in their own voice.
- The same person reads a fixed consent sentence: “I am the owner of this voice and I consent to Google using this voice to create a synthetic voice model.” (or the Bangla version).
- Kontho (through our AI provider, Google) compares both recordings to check they are the same person. If they don't match, no voice is created.
- The user ticks a box confirming it is their own voice or that they have written permission.
Forbidden voices
- Voices named after political leaders, government posts, celebrities or organisations cannot be created.
- Using anyone else's voice without permission, impersonation and fraud are strictly forbidden.
- Breaking these rules closes your account and may be reported to the authorities under Bangladeshi law (Cyber Security Ordinance 2025).
Where recordings go
Both recordings are sent to our AI provider to create the voice. As a condition of creating a voice, and with your permission (a required box), Kontho keeps them permanently to build and improve its own voice models. They stay with Kontho even if you later delete the voice or your account. All generated audio carries an invisible digital watermark (SynthID).
