আমরা কী তথ্য নিই, কেন নিই আর কীভাবে রাখি।

যা আমরা রাখি

নাম, ইমেইল বা মোবাইল নম্বর, আর পাসওয়ার্ড (এনক্রিপ্ট করা — আমরাও দেখতে পারি না)।
Google বা Facebook দিয়ে লগইন করলে: Google থেকে আপনার নাম, ইমেইল আর Google অ্যাকাউন্ট আইডি; Facebook থেকে শুধু আপনার নাম আর Facebook ব্যবহারকারী আইডি। Facebook থেকে আমরা ইমেইল, ছবি, বন্ধু তালিকা বা পোস্ট নিই না। Facebook দিয়ে খোলা অ্যাকাউন্টে ফ্রি ক্রেডিট পেতে একটি মোবাইল নম্বর বা ইমেইল কোড দিয়ে যাচাই করতে হয়; যাচাই করা নম্বর/ইমেইল আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে রাখা হয়।
আপনার লেখা স্ক্রিপ্ট (“লেখা ঠিক করুন”-এ দেওয়া লেখা ও তার ফলাফলসহ) এবং বানানো অডিও। অডিও ফাইল ৩০ দিন পর মুছে যায়।
সেবা উন্নত করতে ও অপব্যবহার ঠেকাতে কার্যকলাপের লগ: লগইন, কণ্ঠ ও অডিও তৈরি, পেমেন্ট, আর কোন ত্রুটি দেখেছেন (ত্রুটির সাথে আপনার ব্রাউজার ও ডিভাইসের ধরন, যেমন "Chrome · Android", আর দেশ)। কণ্ঠ-এর অ্যাডমিনরা এগুলো দেখতে পারেন।
প্রোফাইল ছবি: ইমেইল দিয়ে খোলা অ্যাকাউন্টে আপনার Gravatar ছবি (যদি থাকে) দেখানো হয়। এর জন্য আপনার ব্রাউজার Gravatar (gravatar.com) থেকে ছবিটি আনে — ইমেইল নিজে পাঠানো হয় না, শুধু তার একটি এনক্রিপ্ট করা হ্যাশ। ছবি না থাকলে নামের প্রথম অক্ষর দেখায়।
সহায়ক চ্যাট ("কণ্ঠ সহায়ক"): আপনার প্রশ্ন আর আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের ছোট তথ্য (নাম, ক্রেডিট, সাম্প্রতিক ত্রুটি ও পেমেন্টের অবস্থা) উত্তর বানাতে আমাদের AI সেবাদাতা Google-এর কাছে পাঠানো হয়। চ্যাট ৯০ দিন রাখা হয়, যাতে সাপোর্ট আপনাকে সাহায্য করতে পারে; তারপর নিজে থেকেই মুছে যায়। লগইন না করেও চ্যাট করা যায়: তখন অ্যাকাউন্টের কোনো তথ্য পাঠানো হয় না, আর চ্যাট মনে রাখতে একটি র‍্যান্ডম কুকি (kontho_vid) ৯০ দিন রাখা হয়। পরে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুললে বা লগইন করলে সেই চ্যাট আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে যুক্ত হয়।
পেমেন্টের TrxID, প্রেরকের নম্বর ও প্যাকেজ।
কমিউনিটি ফোরাম: আপনার লেখা আলোচনা ও উত্তর সবাই দেখতে পারে (লগইন না করেও), সাথে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের নাম আর পোস্টের সময়। আপনার ইমেইল, মোবাইল নম্বর বা ছবি ফোরামে দেখানো হয় না। নিজের পোস্ট যেকোনো সময় মুছতে পারেন — তখন সেটি সাইট থেকে সরে যায়, কিন্তু অপব্যবহার যাচাইয়ের জন্য আমাদের ডেটাবেসে থেকে যায়। নিয়ম ভাঙা পোস্ট অ্যাডমিন লুকিয়ে দিতে পারেন।
ভিজিটরের পরিসংখ্যান: কোথা থেকে মানুষ আসছেন (যেমন Facebook বা Google সার্চ), কোন পেজ দেখছেন আর কতক্ষণ থাকছেন — তা বুঝতে আমরা Google Analytics আর Cloudflare Web Analytics ব্যবহার করি। Google Analytics আপনার ব্রাউজারে কুকি (_ga) রাখে এবং পেজের ঠিকানা, আগের সাইট, দেশ/শহর, ডিভাইস ও ব্রাউজারের ধরন Google-কে পাঠায়; এই পরিসংখ্যান ১৪ মাস রাখা হয়। Cloudflare Web Analytics কোনো কুকি রাখে না। আপনার নাম, ইমেইল, মোবাইল নম্বর, লেখা বা অডিও কখনো এগুলোতে পাঠানো হয় না, আর বিজ্ঞাপনের জন্য ব্যবহার হয় না। না চাইলে ব্রাউজারে কুকি বন্ধ রাখুন বা Google Analytics opt-out add-on ব্যবহার করুন — সাইট আগের মতোই চলবে। অ্যাডমিন পেজে এগুলো চলে না।
অ্যাপ্লিকেশন কী (চ্যাটবট সংযোগ): আমরা কীটির নাম, কীটির একটি হ্যাশ করা রূপ (আসল কী নয়), কখন বানানো হয়েছে আর শেষবার কখন ব্যবহার হয়েছে তা রাখি। Claude-এর মতো কোনো চ্যাটবট সংযুক্ত করলে সেটি আপনার বলা লেখাটি আমাদের কাছে পাঠায়; চ্যাটবটটি চাইলে আপনার সাম্প্রতিক লেখাগুলোর শুরুর অংশ আর সেগুলোর ডাউনলোড লিংকও (ওয়েবসাইটে বানানো অডিওসহ) পেতে পারে। সেই চ্যাটবটের প্রদানকারী ওই লেখা আর ফেরত পাওয়া ডাউনলোড লিংক দেখতে পারে। এভাবে বানানো অডিও একই ৩০ দিন রাখা হয়। যেকোনো সময় ড্যাশবোর্ড থেকে কী বাতিল করতে পারেন।

কণ্ঠের নমুনা

কণ্ঠ তৈরি করতে আপনার কণ্ঠের নমুনা আর সম্মতির রেকর্ডিং আমাদের AI সেবাদাতা Google-এর কাছে পাঠানো হয়। তৈরি করা কণ্ঠ-মডেল সেখানে সর্বোচ্চ ১ বছর থাকে; আপনি কণ্ঠ মুছলে আমরা সেখান থেকেও মুছে দিই।
কণ্ঠ তৈরির শর্ত হিসেবে আপনার অনুমতি নিয়ে (আবশ্যিক ঘরে টিক দিয়ে) কণ্ঠ রেকর্ডিং দুটি নিরাপদে রেখে দেয়, নিজস্ব ভয়েস মডেল তৈরি ও উন্নত করতে। এগুলো বিক্রি বা অন্য কাউকে দেওয়া হয় না। পরে কণ্ঠ বা অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছলেও রেকর্ডিং দুটি কণ্ঠ-এর কাছে থেকে যায় (তখন আর আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে যুক্ত থাকে না)। কণ্ঠ তৈরি ব্যর্থ হলেও রেকর্ডিং দুটি রাখা হয়, যাতে আপনি সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করলে আমরা দেখতে পারি কী সমস্যা হয়েছিল।

বানানো অডিও

বানানো অডিও ৩০ দিন রাখা হয়, তারপর স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে মুছে যায়।
সব অডিওতে অদৃশ্য ডিজিটাল জলছাপ (SynthID) থাকে।
শুধু আপনি নিজের অডিও শুনতে বা ডাউনলোড করতে পারেন।

আপনার অধিকার

ড্যাশবোর্ডের "আমার কণ্ঠ" থেকে যেকোনো সময় কণ্ঠ মুছে ফেলতে পারেন, আর ফোরামে নিজের পোস্টের "মুছুন" বোতাম দিয়ে পোস্ট মুছতে পারেন। অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে চাইলে সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করুন।
Facebook-এর তথ্য মুছতে: Facebook-এ Settings → Apps and Websites থেকে kontho.net সরিয়ে দিন। তারপর সাপোর্টে (হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বা রিপোর্ট পেজ) লিখুন — আমরা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করে Facebook থেকে পাওয়া তথ্য (নাম ও Facebook আইডি) মুছে দেব।
আমরা আপনার তথ্য বিক্রি করি না। আইন অনুযায়ী কর্তৃপক্ষ চাইলে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দিতে হতে পারে।

What we keep

Your name, email or mobile number, and password (hashed — even we cannot read it).
If you sign in with Google or Facebook: from Google, your name, email and Google account ID; from Facebook, only your name and Facebook user ID. We do not take your email, photo, friend list or posts from Facebook. Accounts opened with Facebook verify a mobile number or email with a code to get the free credits; the verified number/email is kept on your account.
Your scripts (including text you send to “Fix text” and its result) and generated audio. Audio files are deleted after 30 days.
Activity logs, to improve the service and prevent misuse: logins, voices and audio created, payments, and errors you saw (with each error, your browser and device type, e.g. "Chrome · Android", and country). Kontho admins can see these.
Profile picture: for accounts with an email, your Gravatar picture (if you have one) is shown. Your browser loads it from Gravatar (gravatar.com) — not your email itself, only a one-way hash of it. Without a picture, the first letter of your name is shown.
Help chat ("Kontho Assistant"): your questions and a short summary of your account (name, credits, recent errors and payment status) are sent to our AI provider, Google, to write the answers. Chats are kept for 90 days so support can help you, then deleted automatically. You can also chat without signing in: then no account data is sent, and a random cookie (kontho_vid) remembers the chat for 90 days. If you later sign up or sign in, that chat is added to your account.
Payment TrxID, sender number and package.
Community forum: the discussions and replies you write are public (anyone can read them, even without signing in), together with your account name and the time of the post. Your email, mobile number and picture are not shown in the forum. You can delete your own posts at any time — they then disappear from the site, but stay in our database so we can check misuse. Admins can hide posts that break the rules.
Visitor statistics: to understand where people come from (for example Facebook or Google search), which pages they open and how long they stay, we use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. Google Analytics sets a cookie (_ga) in your browser and sends Google the page address, the previous site, your country/city, and your device and browser type; these statistics are kept for 14 months. Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies. Your name, email, mobile number, scripts and audio are never sent to them, and they are not used for advertising. If you prefer, block cookies in your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on — the site works the same. They do not run on the admin pages.
Application keys (chatbot connections): we keep the key's name, a hashed form of the key (not the key itself), when it was made and when it was last used. When you connect a chatbot such as Claude, it sends us the text you ask it to voice, and when it asks it can also receive the first part of your recent scripts and their download links (including audio made on the website); that chatbot's provider can see that text and the download link it receives back. Audio made this way is kept for the same 30 days. You can revoke a key any time from the dashboard.

Voice samples

To create your voice, your voice sample and consent recording are sent to our AI provider, Google. The created voice model is kept there for up to 1 year; when you delete a voice, we delete it there too.
As a condition of creating a voice, and with your permission (a required box), Kontho keeps the two recordings securely to build and improve its own voice models. They are never sold or shared. The recordings stay with Kontho even if you later delete the voice or your account (they are then no longer linked to your account). If creating a voice fails, the recordings are kept too, so that if you contact support we can see what went wrong.

Generated audio

Generated audio is kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
All audio carries an invisible digital watermark (SynthID).
Only you can listen to or download your audio.

Your rights

You can delete a voice at any time from "My voices" in the dashboard, and your own forum posts with their "Delete" button. To close your account, contact support.
Deleting your Facebook data: in Facebook, go to Settings → Apps and Websites and remove kontho.net. Then write to support (WhatsApp or the report page) — we will close your account and delete the data we received from Facebook (your name and Facebook ID).
We never sell your data. We may have to share necessary information if required by law.
