ফেসলেস ইউটিউব চ্যানেল মানে এমন চ্যানেল যেখানে আপনার মুখ দেখা যায় না: ভিডিওতে থাকে ছবি, ক্লিপ, টেক্সট আর একটি ভয়েস-ওভার। ক্যামেরা, লাইট বা স্টুডিও লাগে না; একটা ফোন, একটা স্ক্রিপ্ট আর একটা কণ্ঠ হলেই চলে। বাংলায় এমন চ্যানেল শুরু করার পুরো পথ এখানে।
৭ ধাপে শুরু
- বিষয় ঠিক করুন — একটাই। যেটা নিয়ে আপনি ৫০টা ভিডিও বানাতে পারবেন।
- স্ক্রিপ্ট লিখুন: ৮-১০ মিনিটের ভিডিওর জন্য ১,২০০-১,৫০০ শব্দ; শর্টসের জন্য ১০০-১৫০। প্রথম ১৫ সেকেন্ডে বলুন দর্শক কী পাবে।
- ভয়েস-ওভার বানান: কণ্ঠে স্ক্রিপ্ট পেস্ট করুন, "লেখা ঠিক করুন", কণ্ঠ ও ধরন বেছে "অডিও বানান"। নিজের ক্লোন করা কণ্ঠ হলে চ্যানেলের একটা নিজস্ব পরিচয় তৈরি হয়।
- ভিজ্যুয়াল জোগাড় করুন: ফ্রি স্টক ভিডিও/ছবি (Pexels, Pixabay), নিজের তোলা ক্লিপ, Canva-র টেমপ্লেট, স্ক্রিন রেকর্ডিং।
- এডিট করুন CapCut (ফোনে, ফ্রি) বা Premiere-এ: অডিও বসান, তার ওপর ভিজ্যুয়াল, বাংলা সাবটাইটেল যোগ করুন।
- থাম্বনেইল ও টাইটেল: বড় বাংলা হরফে ৩-৫ শব্দ, একটা মুখ বা জিনিসের ছবি; টাইটেলে দর্শকের প্রশ্নটা।

ইউটিউবের নিয়ম, সংক্ষেপে
- AI কণ্ঠ দিয়ে বর্ণনা করা ইউটিউবে অনুমোদিত। তবে ইউটিউব চায়, বাস্তবের মতো দেখানো বদলানো বা AI-তৈরি কনটেন্ট হলে আপলোডের সময় "altered or synthetic content" ঘরে জানিয়ে দিন। সৎ থাকুন; ক্ষতি নেই।
- মনিটাইজেশনের জন্য ভিডিওতে আপনার নিজের মূল্য যোগ হতে হবে: নিজের স্ক্রিপ্ট, নিজের বাছাই, নিজের মতামত। শুধু পড়ে শোনানো উইকিপিডিয়া চলে না।
- অন্যের ভিডিও বা গান কপিরাইট ছাড়া ব্যবহার করবেন না। স্টক ফুটেজের লাইসেন্স দেখে নিন।
- সেলিব্রিটির কণ্ঠ নকল করবেন না — কণ্ঠে এটা সম্ভবও না, অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ হয়।

- সপ্তাহ ১: বিষয় ঠিক, চ্যানেল খোলা, কণ্ঠ ক্লোন, ৫টা স্ক্রিপ্ট।
- সপ্তাহ ২: ৫টা ভিডিওর অডিও ও এডিট; ২টা প্রকাশ।
- সপ্তাহ ৩-৪: সপ্তাহে ২টা ভিডিও + ৩টা শর্টস; কোনটা চলছে দেখে বিষয় সরু করুন।
A faceless YouTube channel is a channel where you never show your face: the videos are pictures, clips, text and a voice-over. No camera, lights or studio; a phone, a script and a voice are enough. Here is the whole path to starting one in Bangla.
Start in 7 steps
- Pick one topic, one you could make 50 videos about.
- Write the script: 1,200 to 1,500 words for an 8 to 10 minute video; 100 to 150 for Shorts. Say in the first 15 seconds what the viewer gets.
- Make the voice-over: paste the script into Kontho, press "Fix text", pick a voice and a style, press "Make audio". Your own cloned voice gives the channel an identity of its own.
- Collect visuals: free stock video and images (Pexels, Pixabay), your own clips, Canva templates, screen recordings.
- Edit in CapCut (free, on the phone) or Premiere: lay the audio, put visuals over it, add Bangla subtitles.
- Thumbnail and title: 3 to 5 words in large Bangla type and one face or object; put the viewer's question in the title.
- Be regular: 2 videos a week or 1 Short a day, for at least 3 months. The algorithm rewards consistency.

YouTube's rules, in short
- Narrating with an AI voice is allowed on YouTube. YouTube does ask you to tick the "altered or synthetic content" box at upload when realistic content is AI-made or altered. Be honest; it costs nothing.
- For monetisation your videos must add your own value: your script, your selection, your opinion. Reading Wikipedia aloud does not qualify.
- Do not use other people's videos or music without rights. Check the licence of stock footage.
- Do not imitate celebrity voices. Kontho does not allow it and bans the account.
A first-month plan
- Week 1: pick the topic, open the channel, clone your voice, write 5 scripts.
- Week 2: audio and edit for 5 videos; publish 2.
- Weeks 3 and 4: 2 videos and 3 Shorts a week; narrow the topic to what is working.
