ব্যবহারের শর্ত

কণ্ঠ ব্যবহার করে আপনি নিচের শর্তগুলো মেনে নিচ্ছেন। সহজ ভাষায় লেখা, মন দিয়ে পড়ুন।

১. শুধু নিজের কণ্ঠ

আপনি শুধু নিজের কণ্ঠ ক্লোন করতে পারবেন, অথবা যার কণ্ঠ তার লিখিত অনুমতি থাকলে।
সম্মতির বাক্যটি কণ্ঠের মালিককে নিজের গলায় পড়তে হবে।

২. যা করা সম্পূর্ণ নিষেধ

অন্য কারো ছদ্মবেশ ধরা বা কাউকে নকল করা।
প্রতারণা, ভয় দেখানো, টাকা চাওয়া, OTP/পিন/পাসওয়ার্ড চাওয়া।
রাজনৈতিক নেতা, সরকারি কর্মকর্তা, সেলিব্রিটি বা কোনো প্রতিষ্ঠানের (ব্যাংক, বিকাশ, পুলিশ ইত্যাদি) কণ্ঠ বা নাম ব্যবহার।
ভুয়া খবর, ঘৃণা ছড়ানো, অশ্লীল বা বেআইনি কোনো কিছু তৈরি করা।

৩. নিয়ম ভাঙলে

নিয়ম ভাঙলে কোনো সতর্কতা ছাড়াই অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করা হবে, বাকি ক্রেডিট ফেরত দেওয়া হবে না, এবং বাংলাদেশের আইন (সাইবার সুরক্ষা অধ্যাদেশ ২০২৫ সহ) অনুযায়ী বিষয়টি কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানানো হতে পারে।

৪. ক্রেডিট ও পেমেন্ট

১ ক্রেডিট = দ্রুত মানের ১ সেকেন্ড অডিও; উচ্চ মানে প্রতি সেকেন্ডে ২ ক্রেডিট।
বিকাশ বা বাংলা QR পেমেন্ট যাচাইয়ের পর ক্রেডিট যোগ হয়। ভুল ট্রানজেকশন আইডি দিলে পেমেন্ট বাতিল হতে পারে।
ব্যবহার করা ক্রেডিট ফেরতযোগ্য নয়। অডিও তৈরি ব্যর্থ হলে কোনো ক্রেডিট কাটা হয় না।

৫. আপনার অডিও

বানানো অডিওর দায়িত্ব আপনার। প্রতিটি অডিওতে অদৃশ্য ডিজিটাল জলছাপ (SynthID) থাকে।
বানানো অডিও ৩০ দিন রাখা হয়, তারপর নিজে থেকে মুছে যায়।
অ্যাপ্লিকেশন কী (চ্যাটবট সংযোগের চাবি) ব্যক্তিগত — অন্যকে দেবেন না। কী দিয়ে যা বানানো হয় তার দায়িত্ব অ্যাকাউন্টের মালিকের। যে কী আপনার নিয়ন্ত্রণে নেই তা সঙ্গে সঙ্গে বাতিল করুন। একই নিয়ম এখানেও খাটে।
আপনি যেকোনো সময় নিজের কণ্ঠ মুছে ফেলতে পারবেন। অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ করতে চাইলে সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করুন।

৬. কমিউনিটি ফোরাম

যাচাই করা অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে ফোরামে লেখা যায়। আপনার পোস্ট আপনার নামসহ সবাই দেখতে পারে।
ভদ্র থাকুন। গালি, হুমকি, ঘৃণা, অশ্লীল লেখা, স্প্যাম বা বিজ্ঞাপন, ভুয়া খবর, আর অন্যের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য (ফোন নম্বর, ঠিকানা) দেওয়া নিষেধ।
কখনো OTP, পিন, পাসওয়ার্ড বা টাকা চাইবেন না, দেবেনও না। কণ্ঠ টিম কখনো এগুলো চায় না।
নিয়ম ভাঙা পোস্ট আমরা সতর্কতা ছাড়াই লুকিয়ে দিতে পারি, আর বারবার ভাঙলে অ্যাকাউন্ট বন্ধ হতে পারে। ফোরামের লেখা ব্যবহারকারীদের নিজস্ব মত, কণ্ঠ-এর নয়।

৭. সেবার পরিবর্তন

আমরা দাম বা শর্ত পরিবর্তন করতে পারি; বড় পরিবর্তন হলে সাইটে জানানো হবে।

1. Only your own voice

You may only clone your own voice, or a voice whose owner has given you written permission.
The voice owner must read the consent sentence in their own voice.

2. Strictly forbidden

Impersonating or imitating anyone else.
Fraud, threats, asking for money, or asking for OTPs/PINs/passwords.
Using the voice or name of political leaders, government officials, celebrities or any organisation (banks, bKash, police, etc.).
Creating fake news, hate speech, obscene or illegal content.

3. If you break the rules

Your account will be closed without warning, remaining credits will not be refunded, and the matter may be reported to the authorities under Bangladeshi law (including the Cyber Security Ordinance 2025).

4. Credits and payment

1 credit = 1 second of Fast audio; High quality uses 2 credits per second.
Credits are added after your bKash or Bangla QR payment is verified. A wrong transaction ID may be rejected.
Used credits are not refundable. If audio generation fails, no credits are charged.

5. Your audio

You are responsible for the audio you create. Every audio carries an invisible digital watermark (SynthID).
Generated audio is kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
An application key (the key that connects a chatbot) is personal — do not share it. The account owner is responsible for everything made with their keys, and must revoke any key they no longer control. The same rules apply to audio made this way.
You can delete your voices at any time. To close your account, contact support.

6. Community forum

Verified accounts can write in the forum. Everyone can read your posts, with your name.
Be kind. No insults, threats, hate, obscene posts, spam or ads, fake news, or other people's private details (phone numbers, addresses).
Never ask for or give OTPs, PINs, passwords or money. The Kontho team never asks for these.
We may hide posts that break the rules without warning, and repeated breaks can close your account. Forum posts are the users' own views, not Kontho's.

7. Changes

We may change prices or these terms; major changes will be announced on the site.
